2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Agents must be at least 18 years old to earn commissions.
• Businesses must provide accurate legal information during registration.

3. Commissions & Payments

ReferaX acts as an intermediary. Commissions are tracked automatically via unique referral links.

Payouts are processed to verified Mobile Money or Bank accounts. We reserve the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not misuse the platform. This includes spamming referral links, creating fake orders to generate commissions, or attempting to hack the platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
