How do I earn money as an Agent?
It's simple. Sign up for an Agent account, browse our Marketplace for products you like, and generate a unique referral link. Share this link on WhatsApp, Instagram, or with friends. When someone buys using your link, you instantly earn the commission stated on the product.
How do Businesses pay me?
ReferaX handles all the payments. When a sale is confirmed, the commission is credited to your ReferaX wallet. You can request a payout to your Mobile Money (Momo/Airtel) or Bank Account once your balance reaches 5,000 RWF.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Joining ReferaX as an Agent is 100% free. Businesses pay a small subscription fee or a percentage of sales to list their products on the marketplace.
How do I list my products as a Business?
Create a Business account, complete your profile verification, and click 'Add Product' in your dashboard. You decide the commission percentage you want to offer agents. Higher commissions usually attract more agents!
What happens if an order is cancelled?
If a customer cancels or returns an order, the pending commission for that sale will be cancelled. We have a verification period to ensure all sales are legitimate before funds are released.
